Our volunteers rely on your support all year round to keep providing the level of service we are renowned forIt costs nearly £40,000 per year to run our Team of 35 volunteer members and four response vehicles. As a member of Northern Ireland Search and Rescue we are very grateful for the assistance we receive from the Department of Justice and other bodies like Northern Ireland Ambulance Service, unfortunately that assistance covers less than half of our annual costs. This is why we rely on public donations to keep us running.
There are lots of ways you can support, please use whichever service one you are familiar with, most platforms allow us to claim Gift Aid if you are a UK Taxpayer.

Help at a street collection
Every year we hold several street collections in various towns in the Mourne Area – Newcastle, Castlewellan, Downpatrick and Newry. We need at least 6 volunteers to assist at each collection, if you would be interested in helping out for the day please get in touch. For more information email fundraising@mournemrt.org
Charity Collection Boxes
Our landrover shaped collection boxes and collection buckets can be found in various shops, hotels, bars and businesses throughout the Mourne area..
