Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Goods deemed returnable are done so entirely at our own discretion except where the return of goods is as a result of the failure on the part of the Mourne Mountain Rescue Team to supply the relevant goods in accordance with the order.
If you have not requested a return within 14 days of receiving your order, we will have assumed you are keeping the goods and will not authorise a return.
To return a Printed or Embroidered product: Please contact us at email@example.com to request a return. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, your order number, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. This will then be subject to approval.
What can be returned: Any embroidered item or any item embroidered with one of our supporter designs can be returned. All returns must be in their original packaging, unused in new condition, with labels / tags attached. If there is any noticeable wear the return will be rejected.
What cannot be returned: Any item that has been personalised with your image, your wording or slogan, or any of our designs that have been adapted with your own text. The only personalised items that will be eligible for return, are where we have not carried out your instructions for personalisation.
Returns for refund: Must be made within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We will only take responsibility for the shipping costs when there is an error on our part with regards to size, colour, style or decoration.
